Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Partner to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the executive search and temporary staffing industries, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role is critical in driving the growth and success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their executive search and temporary staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of search assignments and temporary staffing solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and results.
