Job description
A company is looking for an Options Trader specializing in Digital Assets, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize risk across options books
Research, design, and execute profitable strategies (systematic & positional)
Analyze market and historical data to refine performance and uncover new opportunities
Required Qualifications
4+ years' experience running profitable options strategies, preferably at a market-making or systematic trading firm
Strong understanding of options trading, volatility surfaces, and derivative structures
Proficiency in Python; knowledge of C++ / Java / Rust is a plus
Experience in TradeFi, DeFi, and / or crypto trading is strongly preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset with a fast decision-making ability
