Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Communications Specialist II to support a global People & Organizational Performance team. This role focuses on developing and executing digital communication strategies across internal, external, and social channels. Ideal candidates will have strong writing skills, experience managing agency partners, and the ability to run multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital communication campaigns (newsletters, social media, internal platforms, website).
- Write and edit clear, engaging, brand-aligned content for thought leadership, web pages, newsletters, and campaign messaging.
- Manage and collaborate with external creative, digital, and media agencies to deliver high-quality assets and content.
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and visual guidelines across all communications.
- Work with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to gather insights, shape narratives, and align messaging.
- Lead and manage complex communication workstreams with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Track campaign metrics and apply insights to improve communication strategies.
- Use internal email platforms, CMS tools, and digital communication systems for content development and publishing.
- Review and quality-check materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
