SummaryThe Communication and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies across various channels, including digital and print media, to promote a company's brand, products, and services, while managing marketing campaigns and maintaining consistent messaging to engage target audiences; key duties include content creation, social media management, event coordination, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. The Communication and Marketing Coordinator will work with federal, state and county agencies and the broader MCC constituent and various target populations to benefit the mission of MCC. Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Content Creation : Develop and manage content calendars for various platforms including website, social media, email newsletters, press releases, blog posts, and other marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment. Social Media Management : Oversee social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, responding to comments, and analyzing social media performance metrics. Marketing Campaign Execution : Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, and public relations initiatives. Brand Management : Protect and promote the company's brand identity by ensuring consistency in messaging, visual design, and tone of voice across all communications. Media Relations : Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, pitch story ideas, and manage press inquiries.
