Key Responsibilities
Solve problems for patients, referring physicians, technologists, and radiologists
Facilitate call patching between referring physicians and radiologists to ensure smooth communication
Communicate STAT reads and pertinent positives to referring physicians on behalf of radiologists
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent healthcare experience required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Minimum 2 years of Radiology technology experience
Previous experience with EMR and PACS systems is required
Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to patient care
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
