Our client is seeking a highly skilled, industry-experienced Senior Field Service Technician to cover the greater Everett, WA market up to the northern border. This role is intended for an expert who possesses strong OEM-specific training and is the technician that peers rely on for advanced, complex field troubleshooting. Excellent customer service and client communication skills are considered equally critical to technical ability. The successful candidate will receive compensation highly competitive with their experience and training level, along with an excellent benefits package, a company vehicle, and significant bonus opportunities for top performance.
Purpose:
- Provides high level of customer service and technical support via the telephone, online, or in person.
Duties:
- Verifies equipment functioning by completing test operations; making final adjustments.
- Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Complies with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
