Job description
A company is looking for a DC Engineer Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and support for LMR systems integration, configuration, testing, and maintenance
Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure interoperability between radio systems
Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and maintain documentation for LMR infrastructure components
Required Qualifications
Experience with Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems, such as Motorola, L3Harris, and Kenwood
Knowledge of RF infrastructure components including base stations and antennas
Ability to develop and execute test plans and document results
Experience in conducting root cause analysis and developing mitigation strategies
Technical expertise in system lifecycle management and preventive maintenance
