Key Responsibilities
Manage and implement the integrated strategic communications plan for the client
Support executive leadership in developing culturally responsive communication strategies
Analyze existing communications methods and recommend improvements based on best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field
Eight or more years of experience in communications strategy consulting for federal or state agencies
Experience in drafting and implementing state communications materials
Graphics experience
Deep knowledge of early childhood education
