The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team in executing campaigns coordinating projects and ensuring the smooth operation of marketing activities within an office setting. This role involves assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies performing various administrative and creative tasks that require a strong understanding of marketing principles and working closely with other team members. Proficiency with marketing software content management systems and digital marketing tools is required to support the team effectively.
- Assist in the planning execution and tracking of marketing campaigns including email social media and digital advertising efforts.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to coordinate marketing projects managing timelines deliverables and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers copywriters and other team members to develop marketing materials including brochures presentations and social media content.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive marketing documentation including campaign reports marketing calendars and performance metrics.
- Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts monitoring engagement and responding to comments and messages.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events such as webinars trade shows and promotional activities ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer insights and competitive landscape providing datadriven recommendations to the team.
- Maintain and update the marketing database ensuring accurate and uptodate information on customer segments leads and campaign results.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation efforts including the creation of sales collateral email templates and marketing automation workflows.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest marketing trends tools and best practices participating in training sessions as needed.
- Provide input on improving marketing processes tools and methodologies to increase efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns providing reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Assist in the maintenance and updates of the company website ensuring content is current accurate and optimized for SEO.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings managing budgets and processing invoices.
- Engage in team meetings and collaborative efforts to brainstorm new marketing ideas and share best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company brand guidelines marketing standards and legal regulations in all marketing materials.
