The Byrdine F. Lewis College of Nursing and Health Professions is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as the Director of Communications .

WHAT WILL YOU DO :
This position will provide support to the Byrdine F. Lewis College of Nursing and Health Professions at Georgia State University.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
Writing and developing and print content for the College and University.
Managing the marketing efforts for the college to ensure a consistent theme.
Planning and leading high visibility events for the college, such as Honor’s Day, Haverty Lecture and convocations.
Developing promotional materials for print electronic distribution, including recruitment, development, and general PR materials.
Assisting the Dean’s Office and academic units in communication and public relations tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field and six years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
