Job Description The Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications serves as a key driver in advancing the Buckeye Clubs mission through strategic, creative, and integrated communications. This role is central to increasing donor participation, strengthening brand presence, and cultivating a community of engaged supporters for Ohio State Athletics. The ideal candidate is a compelling storyteller and strategic marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote giving opportunities and elevate brand awareness. Craft and manage compelling content across email, social media, web, and print platforms. Lead production of donor communications, including newsletters, appeals, and event promotions. Coordinate with Athletics Communications and Advancement Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment. Enhance donor stewardship through creative storytelling and personalized communication strategies. Support the planning and marketing of fundraising events and donor engagement experiences. Responsible for communicating pertinent and timely information to donors (e.g., event emails, press releases, etc.). Function
