Position Information
Create, solicit, coordinate, and manage content pertinent to NCI, its technical services, and any other services rendered to the industry or community. Create news releases and media content, manage NCI social media content and accounts. Update and create content for website, create and manage photos and videos. Create content for, schedule and manage email blasts.
Lead production of webinar series or NCI handbooks and assist with programs. Lead coordination and production of webinar series or handbooks, travel with programs as needed. Edit course videos, assist with course preparation, execution, and wrap up. Provide technical assistance during courses and add value to course materials through effective design.
Manage collection, use, and maintenance of current and potential client contact information for marketing and communications purposes. Lead the effective use and maintenance of Constant Contact, engage staff regularly in review and validation of contact information in database and seek out additional contact information and leads.
Work Schedule : University office hours, customarily M - F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (summer / break hours 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm)
Advertised Salary : Commensurate with experience
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors degree in communication, marketing, ag communication, education, or related field and current drivers license
Preferred Qualifications : 2 years related experience, Master's degree
