Overview
We are seeking a proactive, savvy, and highly collaborative Director, Corporate Communications. Reporting into Publicis Media's SVP, Communications, this role plays a critical leadership role in advancing Collective's brand and leadership team reputation. This individual must be confident, composed, and strategic, with the maturity to influence senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in situations that require diplomacy, resilience, and strong judgment. This individual will lead planning and execution across both external and internal communications, including brand narrative development, executive positioning, media relations, awards, leadership team internal communications, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship manager and steady operator who brings confidence, discretion, and the ability to anticipate challenges while balancing strategic guidance with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key communications partner to Publicis Collective's executive leadership team, supporting brand marketing and communications strategy in collaboration with Publicis Media and the broader Groupe / Connected Media communications teams
Shape and evolve Publicis Collective's brand story to enhance awareness, credibility, and differentiation among clients, prospects, talent, industry partners, and employees
Support internal leadership engagement initiatives that inform, connect, and inspire teams across the organization
Develop and manage executive communications, leveraging appropriate channels to amplify leadership visibility and influence
Drive external reputation-building initiatives, including media relations, analyst engagement, awards strategy, thought leadership, and social media
Support issues management communications in partnership with Publicis Media communications teams
Collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Employee Experience and the broader Talent team, ensuring alignment, consistency, and connection across people-focused initiatives
Build trust and alignment across leadership team, proactively navigating differing perspectives and priorities to drive progress
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
810+ years of progressive communications experience, with meaningful experience in the marketing, media, advertising, or agency industry
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and operate effectively in complex, matrixed, and politically nuanced environments
Exceptional writing and editing strength, with the ability to craft compelling, strategic communications across a range of formats and audiences
Proven maturity, discretion, resilience, and calm under pressure, with excellent judgment and influencing capability
Highly organized communicator with strong prioritization instincts and a consistent focus on outcomes and impact

Compensation Range : $121,315 - $194,220 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
