BitGo is seeking a Communications Manager to lead and scale our email communications, public relations, and internal communications strategies. This role will design and execute external messaging, email nurturing flows, email one-off campaigns, and drive media engagement. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an excellent writer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the nuances of financial technology and digital assets.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Nurturing Campaigns :

• Develop and execute strategic email campaigns to engage and convert institutional and retail audiences.
• Build and optimize automated email workflows, including onboarding sequences, lead nurturing, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to craft compelling, high-performing email copy and layouts.
• Analyze email performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $140,000 and $160,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus, and the benefits outlined above are also part of this role's package.
