Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Write, edit, and distribute a variety of communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
- Manage media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Monitor and analyze communication trends to adjust strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and strengthen employee engagement.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for events, initiatives, and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate or nonprofit environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Familiarity with media relations and experience in handling press inquiries.
