PROJECT MANAGER - COMMUNICATIONS
Antelope Valley, CA
28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Description :
Assist as needed with the following responsibilities :
- Weekly reports for maintenance jobs completed for Customers
- Communicate on conference calls and with reports on project status and plans to the customer
- Timely submission of quotes for Generator repairs
- Review jobs and make sure they are in correct status for billing and update customer databases
- Work with Managers to review and resolve any billing questions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and personnel
- Work's independently with minimum or no supervision
- Manages field force to comply with all specifications, industry standards, safety rules, regulations, and company policies and procedures
- Verify materials are being captured correctly and at the correct amount being billed
- Routing & scheduling technicians for efficiency and customer expectations
- Assist in monthly budget forecasts and keep project inline
- Understand and accept this position requires response outside of normal working hours.
