About This Role :
As the Communications Specialist at USALLIANCE Financial, you will be crucial in promoting our credit union's brand and engaging with our members. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective communication strategies across various channels, including our website, social media, and email marketing. This position offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and create engaging content for our website, including blog posts, articles, and news releases.
- Develop and manage the email communication strategy, including creating and maintaining personalized email journeys, promotional emails, and automated campaigns.
- Utilize email marketing platforms to create and send personalized email campaigns to targeted audiences to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement; generate reports on key metrics to guide future business strategies.
- Assist with the development and implementation of advertising campaigns, including selecting appropriate channels and platforms.
- Manage the placement of advertisements in print and digital media.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure marketing content adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand voice guidelines.
- Maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule content releases.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in email marketing, including automation and personalization technologies
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the hourly range for this position is $24.04 - $25.00 , exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and / or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
