We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Communications Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative professional with strong communication skills and a passion for crafting compelling messages across multiple channels. Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategic marketing communication plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Create and edit high-quality content for a variety of marketing materials, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, website copy, and more. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels. Coordinate and manage external communications, including working with media outlets and managing press releases and public relations campaigns. Assist in the development of marketing campaigns, ensuring clear communication and alignment of messaging with company objectives. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay informed of best practices and provide insights for communication strategies. Manage and execute social media content, including planning, scheduling, and community engagement. Measure the effectiveness of communications efforts using analytics and reporting tools, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals. Support event marketing efforts and promotional activities through communication materials and social media. Manage the company’s email marketing campaigns, including creating content, analyzing results, and optimizing for performance. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or public relations. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization strategies. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
