- Serve as the embedded communications partner for major HR initiatives performance management, engagement survey, leadership framework launches, total rewards, and benefits enrollment turning program plans into employee-ready narratives.
- Develop manager toolkits, FAQs, talking points, and rollout plans so people leaders can cascade messages with confidence.
- Define and steward DHI's employer brand the value proposition we offer talent in partnership with the Dice and ClearanceJobs Marketing teams, DHI Talent Acquisition and the executive team.

- 5+ years of progressive communications experience, with a meaningful portion in internal communications, employee communications, or employer brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional writing chops: you can move fluidly from a CEO all-hands script to a benefits FAQ to a punchy LinkedIn post without losing voice or precision.
- Demonstrated experience building communications programs from the ground up not just executing a calendar handed to you.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and audiences in a small, fast-moving environment.
- Comfort operating in a public company context, with awareness of disclosure considerations and the need for message discipline.
- A collaborative, low-ego style you partner generously and bring solutions with every problem.
