Key Responsibilities
Create and manage internal communications, including newsletters and educational series
Facilitate meetings and training documents for Member Interactions leadership
Collaborate with internal departments to update process instructions and manage social media content
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED
Some college education, preferably in a related field (English, Marketing / Communications, or Public Relations)
Previous administrative experience
Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and presentation software
Knowledge of graphic design and proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus
