Job descriptionStrong understanding of wireless communications and networks. Experience validating manufacturing test software and hardware. Ability to debug at both PCBA and system levels. years of experience in RMA and sustaining engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Python is a plus. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Overview :
You will be responsible for repairing defective products returned from the field, entering information into our system, and providing feedback to the Quality team at a wireless communications company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Repair and retest all defective units returned from the field.
- Rework defective PCBA or systems as needed.
- Provide feedback to the manufacturing engineer and contract manufacturer to improve processes.
- Aim to reduce the turnaround time for RMA repairs.

Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced, start-up environment and may need to travel internationally to support global manufacturing programs.
