Overview :
You will be responsible for repairing defective products returned from the field, entering information into our system, and providing feedback to the Quality team at a wireless communications company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Repair and retest all defective units returned from the field.
- Rework defective PCBA or systems as needed.
- Provide feedback to the manufacturing engineer and contract manufacturer to improve processes.
- Aim to reduce the turnaround time for RMA repairs.

Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced, start-up environment and may need to travel internationally to support global manufacturing programs.
