Community Based Counselor also known as Individual Support Counselor

_ $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS

First $1,000 distributed after 30 days of active employment, Second $1,000 distributed after 6 months of active employment!

The Individual Support Counselor works as part of a team to provide direct supports, guidance, education, advocacy and supervision for individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities.

The Individual Support Counselor helps individuals live safely in the community, maintain their physical and emotional health, foster relationships with family and community to develop the skills necessary to increase the individual’s independence. Interaction between staff and individuals will reflect an appreciation of each individual’s uniqueness with the expectation and goal of mutual learning and growth.

The catchment area is Norwood / Walpole Area.

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday 10am-6pm (40 hours)

Rate : $21.67 / hour
