Multi-office, established client firm is seeking a Community Association Attorney , who will work out of choice of either their Greensboro , Charlotte , or Raleigh office.
If you are licensed in both NC and SC, or can be licensed in both states using a recent UBE score, and are interested in a friendly work atmosphere and being part of a corporate culture that strongly emphasizes a good work / life balance, this role may be for you.
This Attorney will assist the firm’s Homeowner and Condominium Association clients with a broad range of issues including :
- General counsel advice
- Covenant and restriction violations
- Amendments to governing documents
- Resolution of neighborhood disputes
- Board and / or annual meeting controversies
- Collecting dues and assessments, including questions related to bankruptcy
- Will also assist with Residential Real Estate closings
Role requires excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to speak before groups / audiences.
The qualified candidate will also have a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently, and demonstrate an interest in helping to improve and grow the firm’s Community Association practice.
