Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Housing and Community Development Manager I, the incumbent independently performs the more responsible, varied, technically difficult, developmental, and / or analytical assignments associated with loan closing including analysis of financing documents and preparation of loan closing documents.

This job can be done partly from home and partly from the office, based on California state rules. Sometimes, you may be able to work entirely from home, but the department will decide. You must live in California.
