Job Overview
We are seeking a Community Manager to lead the operations of one of our key properties. In this role, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of the community — from daily operations and team leadership to ensuring excellence in resident satisfaction and financial performance. The property is conveniently accessible from nearby cities, making it an ideal opportunity for a strategic, service‑driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is looking to grow within a well‑supported, expanding property management firm.
Essential Functions
Property Operations :
Oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident relations
Conduct regular property inspections and lead preventive maintenance planning
Develop and enforce operational procedures for high‑efficiency performance
Resident Relations :
Serve as the go‑to person for all resident concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution
Build strong relationships to promote resident satisfaction and retention
Implement programs that foster a sense of community
Financial Management :
Prepare and manage budgets aligned with property goals
Monitor rent collections, lease renewals, and delinquencies
Analyze financials and take corrective actions to improve profitability
Team Leadership & Accountability :
Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations
Track KPIs for operational success, resident experience, and financial health
Foster a high‑performance culture focused on integrity and results
Legendary Service :
Lead by example to deliver best‑in‑class service
Identify opportunities to elevate the resident experience
Empower your team to exceed expectations and build community pride
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in property or community management (multifamily preferred)
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Tech‑savvy; proficient in property management and financial software
Knowledge of landlord‑tenant laws, fair housing, and regulatory requirements
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
