COMMUNITY MANAGER
At Spiritual Gangster we are inspired by those with an unwavering commitment to the practice of high vibrational living. When we raise our vibration, we’re more powerful, beautiful, and aligned with our life’s purpose. Some achieve this through yoga or exercise, others through music and art, and others by giving back. Spiritual Gangster unites all of these, empowering our employees and customers to raise their own vibration by supporting others.
Spiritual Gangster is looking for a passionate and strategic Community Manager who will be responsible for building, nurturing, and engaging Spiritual Gangster’s community in this mission. As Community Manager your responsibilities will include managing all social media channel operations, namely content creation, planning and sourcing, collaborating with content creators, organizing and attending community events, and gathering feedback across all channels to inform strategy. You will act as the bridge between the brand and its audience, fostering strong relationships, encouraging conversations, and maintaining a positive brand image. Our collections are created with intention and purpose through thoughtful design and inspiring messaging and our ideal Community Manager will nurture our high vibration community fueled by wellness, love, positivity, and joy.

- Oversee and manage the influencer gifting process, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and maintaining meaningful relationships to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Foster conversations with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with UGC (user-generated content).
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to plan, coordinate, and execute community-driven events (both online and in-person) to foster meaningful connections, deepen brand loyalty, and cultivate a vibrant community aligned with our mission and values.
