POSITION : MANAGER

REPORTS TO : AVP (ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT)

JOB BRIEF

The MANAGER is fully accountable for all property operations. The purpose of the MANAGER is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities, and resources to accomplish property objectives as set by the property supervisor and owner. These objectives include maximizing occupancy levels and property values. The MANAGER will also train the assistant manager to assume all duties in the event of the MANAGER’S absence.

• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all laws pertaining to apartments.

Qualifications

Relevant property management experience, supervisory background, computer proficiency, and availability for 40 hours / week, including weekends.
