JOB BRIEF
The MANAGER is fully accountable for all property operations. The purpose of the MANAGER is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities, and resources to accomplish property objectives as set by the property supervisor and owner. These objectives include maximizing occupancy levels and property values. The MANAGER will also train the assistant manager to assume all duties in the event of the MANAGER’S absence.
