About the Role

What You'll Do
Operational Leadership & Team Development
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of an assigned multifamily community.
- Interview, hire, and train new team members as needed.
- Supervise office and maintenance employees, meeting regularly to guide, coach, and evaluate performance.
- Foster a positive, motivational, and safe work environment.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and address personnel matters proactively.
