Community Manager
The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. As a Community Manager, you will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. As an on?site leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Assets policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Personnel Management
Regular / daily onsite attendance is required
Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the effective cost control and revenue & leasing improvement; identify trends and recommend strategies and adjustments
Develop yearly marketing plan and utilize marketing strategies & systems
Ensure all administrative & leasing reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range : $85,000 per year to $92,000 per year
At Asset Living, a variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to : skill set, background and training, certifications, etc. The offer we extend is dependent on the facts associated with each specific individuals relevant experience for the role. In addition to a competitive base salary, full?time employees receive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance), 401K with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses when applicable. Paid sick days and company holidays are also provided.
