Community Engagement & Access Coordinator

Serving : Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Salisbury & Surrounding Areas

Pay : $16 - $18 / hour (Performance-Based Increases Available)

Flexible Schedule | Independent Contractor

Gas Reimbursement : Up to $50 / week (For Employees Meeting Productivity Goals)

Who We Need :

We’re looking for a self-motivated, outgoing, and results-driven individual to connect underserved communities to behavioral health services . This role focuses on direct community engagement, Medicaid enrollment assistance, and guiding individuals through the intake process to ensure they receive the care they need.

What You'll Do :

Engage with the community (shelters, churches, resource centers, and underserved neighborhoods).
Assist individuals with Medicaid & insurance applications.
Help uninsured individuals find access to available services.
Host & attend local events to raise awareness and connect with potential clients.
Facilitate on-site client intake to ensure they are enrolled in services immediately.
Meet monthly client enrollment goals (50+ new client leads / month).

What You Get :

Hourly Pay : $16 - $18 / hour (Performance-Based Increases Available).

Bonuses : Earn more when you exceed outreach & enrollment targets.

Gas Reimbursement : Up to $50 / week, but only for employees meeting minimum productivity goals.

Flexible Schedule : Set your own hours but must meet goals.

Work Tools Provided :

Company-issued iPad for real-time Medicaid eligibility verification, client intake, and secure documentation.

HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based system for data entry.

Community-driven mindset—able to connect with diverse populations.

Experience in outreach, social services, or healthcare navigation (preferred but not required).

Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.

Reliable transportation (you’ll be traveling locally).
