Position Purpose:
The Community Leader will efficiently manage and coordinate personnel, resources, and activities to meet our apartment community’s goals. This role ensures smooth property operations while maximizing resident satisfaction and the financial performance of the community.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Administrative:
- Maintain a clean and organized office, ensuring proper storage and timely processing of paperwork and documentation.
- Manage financial reporting, budget preparation, and monitoring, in addition to overseeing inventory and payroll.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with necessary inspections.
- Operations:
- Direct all property tasks to ensure responsibilities are completed efficiently.
- Engage in marketing and leasing functions, showcasing available units and managing resident relations.
- Ensure the physical maintenance of the property and oversee all make-ready processes.
- Leadership:
- Exemplify the work ethic and standards expected of all team members.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee development.
- Utilize performance review tools to manage and enhance team performance.
Key Performance Metrics Include:
- YTD Budget Management
- Net Operating Income (NOI)
- Occupancy Rate
- Renewal Retention Rate
- Work Order Completion Times
Job Specifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in property management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
This role requires a blend of leadership, financial insight, and property management expertise to ensure the community thrives and residents are satisfied.
Physical Requirements:
- Constantly standing or walking (50%) and sitting (50%).
- Frequent activities include bending, climbing stairs, and engaging in varied office duties.
Working Conditions:
