You will engage with individuals in the community through phone calls to promote our services, provide information, and create awareness about our organization's mission. - Place outbound calls to community members to introduce our organization and services.
- Provide information, answer questions, and address concerns effectively.

- Identify potential leads and opportunities for community involvement.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet call targets.
- Adhere to call center guidelines and protocols.
