  • Assist in the development and delivery of labor relations training for managers and leaders, including NLRA awareness and positive employee relations practices.
  • Monitor labor relations trends, workforce data, grievances, and other metrics to identify risks and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Support the administration of collective bargaining agreements, including union communications, dispute resolution, and grievance tracking.
  • Partner with business leaders to address workplace concerns and develop strategies that promote engagement, retention, and a positive employee experience.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations related to labor relations activities, workplace trends, and organizational initiatives.
  • Conduct research on labor legislation, arbitration decisions, and industry developments to assess business impact and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Support labor-related activities associated with organizational changes, acquisitions, expansions, and other business initiatives.

  • Working knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), labor law, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Experience supporting collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, employee relations investigations, or labor-related projects preferred.
  • Ability to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to address labor and employee relations concerns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with Operations, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders.
