About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Developer Relations to lead a dynamic team that has been at the forefront of supporting millions of developers in their journey from initial projects to sophisticated businesses. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in driving strategic developer relations initiatives, particularly in the context of AI and ML. This role is pivotal in evolving the developer community, creating opportunities for both experienced teams and new builders, and bridging the gap between traditional cloud infrastructure and AI / ML. The VP will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive developer relations strategy, winning developer mindshare in the AI / ML space, and establishing the company as a leading technical voice and trusted educational resource.

Key strengths required for this role include a strategic vision for developer relations, experience in building and scaling authentic developer communities, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of cloud computing, AI / ML, and the developer tools landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, the ability to build genuine relationships with stakeholders, and a proven track record of creating data-driven feedback loops between developer communities and product teams. Goals for the role include driving social media engagement, technical content reach, and developer adoption through advocacy, education, and community engagement. The VP will also be expected to lead the team in response to AI-driven changes in software development and to establish clear metrics for measuring the impact of developer relations.
