Job Description :
This job is responsible for managing and executing the local market strategy in one or more markets across the local market segment. Key responsibilities include supporting the Market Executive and local President in driving responsible growth through the leadership of the firms community investment strategy and employee engagement efforts. Job expectations include managing the local market employee engagement strategy while establishing and cultivating community relationships to maximize Bank of Americas impact on social priorities in the market.
The Community Relations Manager II (CRM II) is responsible for supporting the execution of the local market(s) strategy. The CRM II will build and maintain relationships as needed with internal and external partners, while supporting the Local Market Executive in the leadership and execution of the three priorities : Delivering for our Clients, Employees, and Community.
Responsibilities : Manages client, employee and community engagement through event planning and execution
Manages the local Bank of America Charitable Foundation funding process through grant approvals, declinations and communications with nonprofits
Manages local market volunteerism and adherence to community development services standards
Manages the markets external and internal communication plans including newsletter development, social media, talking points
Manages local market brand awareness strategy, including the delivery of local and enterprise assets to meet the needs of customers and clients
Additional Responsibilities :
- Deliver for our clients : We connect our business by providing strong enterprise leadership to deliver business integration and drive responsible growth. We connect our companys capabilities across all lines of business in the market for the benefit of clients, companies and institutions.
- Deliver for our employees : We support our teammates by creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for our employees. We promote and activate employee engagement, retention and development within the market; build local market culture by connecting employees to the markets priorities and supporting activities. Drive ESAT, D&I and talent management efforts locally.
- Deliver for our communities : We tell our story by representing and building our brand locally through leading CSR efforts and using company assets including grants, sponsorships, volunteerism and board participation to champion the companys strategy. We engage with key influencers including public policy officials, community leaders and local media to tell our story and connect the banks responsible growth mission to the interests of key constituents and the broader community.
