Salary Range : $16.00 To $18.00 Hourly
Note : This position covers Brockton and Randolph.
For over 100 years, Girl Scouts has empowered girls to lead, break barriers, and create positive change. At Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts (GSEMA), we foster a powerful all-girl space that values collaboration over competition, inspiring girls to turn their dreams into reality.
Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts (GSEMA) has four (4) open, part-time roles for a Community Pathways Facilitator. This position is for up to twelve (12) hours per week; after-school, evening, and weekend hours available.
The Community Pathways Facilitator will support the recruitment and retention of Girl Scouts members and the program delivery of the Girl Scout experience with community partners. The Community Pathways Facilitator works directly with Girl Scouts and potential Girl Scouts, their families and partners to ensure a positive and well-rounded Girl Scout experience. The Community Pathways Facilitator will primarily deliver program weekly to Girl Scouts.

Travel Requirements :
Must have access to reliable transportation to travel to community sites and GSEMA offices / service centers as needed. Reliable transportation includes but not limited to a valid driver’s license and access to motor vehicle or access to public transportation. Please note that not all potential work sites are easily accessible with public transportation.
