Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for workers compensation claims management? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make an impact? If so, we want you to join our team as a Workers Compensation Claims Specialist.

What Youll Be Doing

Investigate and determine the compensability of workers' compensation claims.
Assess claim reserves, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with workers compensation laws.
Work closely with management, employees, adjusters, and healthcare providers to facilitate return-to-work programs.
Promote workplace safety and risk management strategies.
Handle large and complex customer accounts while ensuring claim resolutions are cost-effective and timely.

What Were Looking For

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years of experience in workers compensation claims handling.

Experience managing claims across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.

Skills & Abilities

Strong understanding of workers compensation laws and regulations.

Knowledge of medical and legal terminology is a plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
