A company is looking for an Intl Compensation Specialist to support global compensation services.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess large volumes of company-paid recurring allowances and coordinate payroll instructions for multiple clientsAdminister the Tax Equalization process, including payments and reporting status to clientsCoordinate tax payments and perform allowance calculations based on provider tables for multiple clientsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent with emphasis on office skills and finance / accounting12 to 18 months of related experience and / or trainingAdvanced proficiency in Excel and intermediate proficiency in WordFamiliarity with AssignmentPro is preferred
