HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role :

The Physician Compensation Analyst provides professional support in the development, implementation and maintenance of physician wage & salary administration.

Reviews market data, job history, pay recommendations, departmental-organizational equity.

Provides feedback to Manager of Compensation

Prepares cost / salary analyses for management review.

Periodically audits / updates wage and salary structure

Researches and resolves compensation issues.

May create and prepare reports to assess competitive pay position, quality of workforce and job data.

Ensures accurate / updated salary information is available and maintained for all physician and extender positions.

Assists physician compensation team with preparation of quarterly provider compensation calculations and summaries.

Serves as point of contact to provide resources and support for (providers, operations, administration, and management).

Partners with manager to provide all data analytics needed to calculate provider compensation.

Assists in the preparation of documentation and support for annual provider compensation and financial audits.

Utilizes company’s HRIS system / data to complete compensation related tasks.

Collaborates with Human Resources, managers, and others to provide feedback and guidance.

Provides timely guidance and support on wage and salary matters to management and HR.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or healthcare administration.

Required Experience :

Three (3) years of healthcare finance or operations experience.

Preferred Experience :

Experience with labor management and healthcare.

Experience with various financial applications, analysis, development, and management of decision support systems.

Extensive knowledge of multiple reporting tools.

Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and other software skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently.
