If you have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for collaboration, we want to hear from you Job Posting : Compliance Auditor Location : North Phoenix, AZ Pay : $18 - $21 / hourly Requirements : Mortgage experience in servicing or default (required). Audit experience (preferred). Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and reading comprehension skills. Excellent communication skills : listening, verbal, and written. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and related software applications. Ability to interact with internal / external customers and regulatory agencies. Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. High degree of work ethics, professionalism, teamwork, and punctuality. Key Responsibilities : Audit foreclosure processes using system applications. Review bankruptcy processes using manual checklists. Validate invoice accuracy. Respond to client inquiries via email and client systems. Prepare comprehensive audit packages. Review alerts and distribute tracking updates. Track annual staff training. Additional duties as training progresses.
