As a service plumber in our evergreen industry, you will have the chance to define how our brand connects quality and resources with our customers. We are looking for a visionary who looks to build their future in a permanent, full-time position, provide an exceptional customer experience and leave a legacy in the heavy industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Troubleshoot plumbing related problems ensuring all failed components are identified
Perform maintenance and repair operations to commercial and industrial plumbing systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing system failures (such as system leaks and stoppages)
Repair various plumbing components including water closets, sanitation systems, and fire sprinkler piping systems, storm drainage systems, domestic water
heating systems, and HVAC hydronic systems
Perform commercial plumbing service and repair work as well as plumbing project work
Professionally communicate w / customers and our office
Ensure all paperwork is complete and turned in daily
Accept and perform given tasks with ownership and sense of urgency
Willing and able to travel daily to customer locations throughout Central Indiana
Abide by safety rules and regulations, including courteous and defensive driving
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
Maintain a flexible working schedule with availability to be on call 24 / 7

Must Haves :
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a commercial plumbing service technician
Knowledge of International Plumbing Code (IPC).
Current or previous work experience as a commercial plumbing service technician
Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial plumbing, piping, and associated systems.
Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
Frequently work in kneeling and squatting positions
Ability to maintain a professional appearance
Must be able to work independently and without supervision
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Ability to walk / navigate customer work sites safely
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Pre-employment drug screen required
Nice to Haves :

Journeyman's or Master Plumbing License (preferred)
