A company is looking for a Compliance Manager - Business Conduct Hotline Triage Lead.Key Responsibilities : Lead the whistleblower triage team, providing guidance and supportOversee the intake process for all whistleblower reports and prioritize based on riskCollaborate with internal teams to allocate reports to the appropriate investigative functionRequired Qualifications and Education : Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 2 years of Compliance, Regulatory, or Legal experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or a High school diploma / GED with 10 years of experienceStrong technology skills, including proficiency in Excel and web-based toolsProject management and organizational skills to manage report volume effectivelyAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situationsLegal experience (minimum one year) and HR experience preferred
