Our client, a leader in the technology manufacturing industry, is seeking a Hardware Engineer 5_USD to join their team. As a Hardware Engineer 5_USD, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the development of cutting-edge Solid State Drive (SSD) products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-motivation, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for innovative hardware design, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$90

What's the Job?

• Design and develop next-generation SSD hardware architectures, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Model, simulate, and analyze high-speed signaling and power supply designs, including PDN simulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet firmware, diagnostic, and system requirements.
• Perform signal and power integrity measurements, documenting and communicating results effectively.
• Lead hardware design efforts for large-scale manufacturing, considering DFx and cost optimization.

What's Needed?

• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in hardware design, signal integrity, and power supply design.
• Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Cadence PCB, Allegro, and Si/Pi analysis.
• Experience with high-speed interface technologies like SATA, SAS, PCIe Gen 3&4, and ONFI.
• Hands-on lab experience with high-bandwidth measurement equipment and PCIe compliance testing.
