This position works in a hybrid telework schedule with an expectation of being in the office if needed. It may include occasional field visits. Travel to various work sites businesses and / or meeting locations is required.

You will be working on projects that address the needs of individuals or small groups all the way up to the enterprise level.

Projects you may support as a CSBA1 :

• Supporting the Sewer Billing (IPS) system enhancement project by working in partnership with the Sewer Billing Team to identify challenges and suggested solutions.
• Identify implement and support various workflow improvement projects across PPW with application development including Microsoft Power Platform Smartsheet GIS and other low-code software applications.
• Development and support of AI technology within the PPW Department including training support and recommendations for future AI projects.
