Inventory Control Analyst (Hybrid)

• This will be a hybrid role on-site three days per week in Hoffman Estates, IL

About the Role

The Inventory Control Analyst manages and develops reporting on physical inventory results, daily inventory movement, shrink reduction initiatives, investigation results, top shrink opportunity stores and other key performance areas.

Develop reporting templates that define and capture shrink trends across geographies, and merchandise categories specific to concessions partners.

Schedule and coordinate physical inventories / cycle counts for all concession partners. Publish and communicate compliance and shrink results as they occur.

Monitor, coordinate and provide result reporting for all CPG inventory counts.

Manage reconciliation and posting of all inventory adjustments as they occur. This includes Physical Inventory, Cycle Count and Stock Accuracy counts

Manage ongoing summary reporting from daily inventory movement, physical inventory results and cycle counts for concession partners

Prepare monthly summary reports / dashboards for all metrics.

Develop and manage ongoing reporting for proof of delivery, transfers and damages

Participate in special projects

Provide analytical support as required

Provide back-up duties to the Field Shrink Data Analyst for our Claire’s and Icing locations as necessary.

Visit / audit concessions locations as directed and when necessary.

Partner with concession District Sales Managers to communicate Loss Prevention issues to field Loss Prevention managers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business-related major

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Power BI Some experience with SQL

1-2 years’ experience conducting data analysis

Experience with financial modelling and accounting principles such as business case development, cost / benefit analysis, return on invested capital, NPV and forecasting
