Our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm, is seeking mid-level Patent Agents to join its Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group.
Qualifications :
3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience
Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics
USPTO admission required
Strong academic credentials, relevant industry or law firm experience, and excellent writing and communication skills
Preferred Technical Background :
Electrical engineering or software-related patent prosecution
Experience with data science, AI, machine learning, networking technologies, or network security
Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) circuitry
Experience with hardware and / or communications security, including encryption technologies
