Womble Bond DickinsonRaleigh, NCWomble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified patent prosecution associate or patent agent to join its growing and dynamic Intellectual Property Practice Group. This position is open to any WBD office. Candidates must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar. Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus. Preference for candidates with networking, software, 3G / 4G / 5G wireless network, or the like. Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO and have 2-6 years of legal experience. Bar licensure in California is a plus.
