Responsibilities :
Our client is seeking a skilled and innovative Data Scientist to join our dynamic team within the Chief Data Office. The Data Scientist will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets, uncover insights, and drive strategic decisions. This role is crucial in enhancing our data-driven approach to improving customer experience, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to support various banking functions, including customer segmentation, credit scoring, fraud detection, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and risk management to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and visualizations.
- Stay current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence and apply these advancements to improve analytical methodologies.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by developing and maintaining robust data pipelines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts.
Requirements :
Plusses :
Compensation : $55 / hour to $70 / hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
