Job Summary :

We are seeking skilled and experienced CNC Machinists (mills, lathes, and turn mills) who can also independently program the machines or with limited supervision. The successful candidate will create and implement CNC machining programs for various projects, perform first piece inspection, and pass knowledge onto machine operators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mastercam software, programming, setting up and running projects.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop CNC machining programs using Mastercam.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Utilize calipers and micrometers to ensure accurate measurements.
• Apply knowledge of GD&T to ensure precise and accurate machining.
• Operate and troubleshoot milling machines.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop and implement CNC machining programs.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of machining programs and processes.
