Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator / Set-Up Machinist to join our team in Loveland, CO. This role involves operating and setting up CNC and manual machining equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet or exceed industry standards.

Responsibilities :

• Operate and set up CNC and manual machines, including lathes and mills.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor machine adjustments as needed.
• Conduct quality checks using precision measurement tools to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and achieve production goals.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and communicate larger problems to maintenance staff.
