Job descriptionLead by example, setting the energy and tone for each guest's experience from the moment they enter the venue. Manage the team to create a positive, memorable atmosphere for both incoming and outgoing guests. Oversee phone inquiries about reservations, special events, and general information, ensuring professionalism and helpfulness. Coordinate seating and guest flow while leading the team in executing seamless transitions from concierge stand to table. Foster a team-oriented environment by coaching and supporting your colleagues to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. Be genuinely attentive, empathetic, and proactive in addressing guest needs and going above and beyond to improve their experience. Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement in both guest interactions and team performance. Use OpenTable and Toast to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
